O R D I N A N C E NO. 10333
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a six foot (6') wide easement located in Lot 7 of
"Evens Subdivision", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page
88 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Brentwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The six foot (6') wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 2521,
Page 45 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ten foot (10') wide easement located along the
eastern property line of "The Promenade at Brentwood", a resubdivision recorded in Plat Book
345, Pages 165 & 166 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Brentwood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
