O R D I N A N C E NO. 10334
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a four foot (4') wide easement along the west line of
Lots 22 thru 29 of Block 4, a five foot (5') wide easement along the east line of Lots 1 thru
11 of Block 5, a two and one-half foot (2.5') wide easement along the north line of Lot 1 of
Block 5, and a five foot (5') wide easement along the south line of Lot 2 of Block 5, all
located in a tract of land in "Forest Park Manor Plat No. 2", a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 57 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Brentwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The four foot (4') wide easement and the five foot (5') wide
easement as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 57 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office
and the two and one-half foot (2.5') wide and five foot (5') wide easements as recorded in
Deed Book 6266 on Page 588 and in Deed Book 6287 on Page 1390 of the St. Louis
County Recorder's Office as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
easements recorded in "The Promenade at Brentwood" a resubdivision recorded in Plat Book
345, Pages 165 & 166 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Brentwood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
