O R D I N A N C E NO. 10335
AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in portions of
the street right-of-ways, alleys and drives in the following subdivisions in the City of
Brentwood, Missouri, according to the Plats thereof as respectively recorded in the St. Louis
County Records, to wit: Howard Place, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 28, and by Deed
recorded in Book 11040, Page 1987; Howard Place 1st Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 15,
Page 35; Howard Place 2nd Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 4; Evans Place, as
recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 49; Forest Park Manor Plat No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book
28, Page 57; and Evens Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 88.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any
right, title or interest that the District may have in the subject street right-of-ways, alleys and
drives, and this District has no further use for said street right-of-ways, alleys and drives,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any
right, title or interest that it may have in the portions of street right-of-ways, alleys and drives
as shown hachured on the Right-of-Way Plats marked "Exhibits A, B, C, D, E and F, as
attached hereto and made a part hereof, in Howard Place, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
28, and by Deed recorded in Book 11040, Page 1987; Howard Place 1st Addition, as
recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 35; Howard Place 2nd Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 20,
Page 4; Evans Place, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 49; Forest Park Manor Plat No. 2,
as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 57; and Evens Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 9,
Page 88, respectively, of the St. Louis County Records; EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the
District's rights as established by the plat of The Promenade at Brentwood subdivision,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 345, Pages 165 and 166 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1998.
