HomeMy Public PortalAbout10336 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10336 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 87186 (Homeward & Starlit) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 87186 (Homeward & Starlit). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 87186 (Homeward & Starlit) shall be as follows: HOMEWARD & STARLIT (SUBDISTRICT) 87186 A parcel of land located in St. Louis County, Missouri and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 10 of MATTESE MEADOWS, a subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 48 of the St. Louis County Recorder=s Office, also said point being the southwest corner of property conveyed to George H. Payne Jr. and Barbara J.
