O R D I N A N C E NO. 10339
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Dollars
($492,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for
the construction of the Process Control System Upgrade at the Lemay Wastewater Treatment
Plant (93085A).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10021, adopted January 9, 1997, provided the initial
funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Dollars
($492,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of the Process Control System Upgrade at the
Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant (93085A).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1998.
