O R D I N A N C E NO. 10342
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with J.W.
Bommarito Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure Repair
#134 (#425 Marion) 94112, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
J.W. Bommarito Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Infrastructure
Repair #134 (#425 Marion) 94112, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 23rd day of March, 1998.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1998.
