O R D I N A N C E NO. 10346
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Gershenson
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure Repair #104
(Arminda #621) 93112, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Gershenson Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure
Repair #104 (Arminda #621) 93112, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 8th day of April, 1998.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1998.
