O R D I N A N C E NO. 10349
AN ORDINANCE, transferring the remaining fund balance and related future
revenues of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of DeSmet-
Florland to the Improvement Fund; transferring the remaining fund balance and related future
revenues of the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of LaVenta-
LaSierra to the Improvement Fund; and appropriating Ninety-six Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($96,500.00) from the Improvement Fund for the cleaning and repair of sewer inlets
and manholes (97041) within the DeSmet-Florland and LaVenta-LaSierra Subdistrict areas of
the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The remaining fund balance and related future revenues of the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of DeSmet-Florland are hereby
transferred to the Improvement Fund.
Section Two. The remaining fund balance and related future revenues of the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of LaVenta-LaSierra are hereby
transferred to the Improvement Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Ninety-six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($96,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund for the cleaning and repair
of sewer inlets and manholes (97041) within the DeSmet-Florland and LaVenta-LaSierra
Subdistrict areas of the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
