O R D I N A N C E NO. 10353
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 1-A
of the Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Parc Argonne Forest Addition, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 321, Page 69 of the Louis County Records, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 1-A of the
Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Parc Argonne Forest Addition, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 321, Page 69 of the St. Louis County Records, and shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1998.
