O R D I N A N C E NO. 10354
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an irregular width easement as recorded
in Plat Book 302, Page 14, and a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement as recorded in
Plat Book 323, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records, located in Lot 2 of Convenient Food
Mart - Tiffany Square Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 323, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of an irregular width easement as recorded in Plat Book
302, Page 14, and a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 323,
Page 1, located in Lot 2 of Convenient Food Mart - Tiffany Square Estates as recorded in
Plat Book 323, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records, and shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat" marked Exhibit "A" Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2 and made a
part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1998.
