O R D I N A N C E NO. 10355
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer easement
located in Lot 21 of "Hidden Valley Estates" a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 194, Pages 18 & 19 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Sunset Hills, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer easement located in
Lot 21 of "Hidden Valley Estates" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 194, Pages 18 & 19 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated. The vacation of the aforesaid easement shall not affect the existing ten foot
(10') wide easement along the east property line of Lot 21 of "Hidden Valley Estates", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 194, Pages 18 & 19 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1998.
