O R D I N A N C E NO. 10357
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred Forty-
four and 53/100 Dollars ($544.53) from the Improvement Fund to be used for additional
costs in the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 88030 (Chapel Hill South of
Clayton Road) P-21758, in the City of Town and Country, Missouri.
WHEREAS, participating real property owners in such project have paid to the
District Five Hundred Forty-four and 53/100 Dollars ($544.53) for the additional costs of
said project, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10208, adopted October 9, 1997, appropriated the
initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Forty-four and 53/100 Dollars
($544.53) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to be used for additional costs
in the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 88030 (Chapel Hill South of Clayton
Road) P-21758, in the City of Town and Country, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 7, 1998.
