AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Lumbermens Mutual Casualty
Company (Sedgwick James of Missouri, Inc., agent) for the District's Boiler and Machinery
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company is hereby awarded the
contract for the District's Boiler and Machinery coverage from July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1998.
