AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to American Protection Insurance
Company (Sedgwick James of Missouri, Inc. agent), for the District's Primary Property
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The American Protection Insurance Company is hereby awarded
the contract for the District's Primary Property Insurance coverage from July 1, 1998 to June
30, 1999.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1998.
