O R D I N A N C E NO. 10377
AN ORDINANCE, awarding contracts to American Home Assurance Company,
United Capitol Insurance Company, and Westchester Insurance Company (Sedgwick James of
Missouri, Inc. Agent) for the District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance coverage from July 1, 1998
through June 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The American Home Assurance Company is hereby awarded a
contract for the District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance coverage from July 1, 1998 through June
30, 1999.
Section Two. The United Capitol Insurance Company is hereby awarded a
contract for the District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance coverage from July 1, 1998 through June
30, 1999.
Section Three. The Westchester Insurance Company is hereby awarded a
contract for the District's Zone "A" Flood Insurance coverage from July 1, 1998 through June
30, 1999.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1998.
