O R D I N A N C E NO. 10382
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5') wide easement located in
a tract of land in Part of Lot 9 of "Four Winds Farm Estates, Plat 3, a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 169, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Des Peres, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate said portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a five foot (5') wide easement as recorded in Plat
Book 169, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1998.
