O R D I N A N C E NO. 10383
AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of two (2), five foot (5') wide easements
located in Lot D-1-A and D-1-B of the Resubdivision of Lot D-1 of Resubdivision of Lot "D"
of Drury-Shoneys Subdivision No. 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
plat Book 288, Page 21 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to
vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the two (2), five foot (5') wide easements in said
Lot D-1-A and D-1-B of the Resubdivision of Lot D-1 of Resubdivision of Lot "D" of Drury-
Shoneys Subdivision No. 1 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1998.
