REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 10581 - 6/10/99
AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 10143, adopted June 12, 1997, and
enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof, which prescribes the salary of the Internal Auditor of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 10143, as adopted June 12, 1997, is hereby
repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Internal Auditor shall be Seventy-five Thousand
Four Hundred Eleven and no/100 Dollars ($75,411.00), per annum, payable in equal bi-
weekly installments, on and after June 22, 1998.
Section Three. The position of Internal Auditor is essential to the operation
of the District, and the salary for said position must be prescribed without delay, thus creating
an emergency within the meaning of the Plan. Accordingly, this Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1998.
