O R D I N A N C E NO. 10390
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Sixty
Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the Lemay Service Area ORS Middle River des Peres Procurement
of Slide Gates and Actuators (L-06A1, 94065A1), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10146, adopted July 10, 1997, provided the initial
funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for
the Lemay Service Area ORS Middle River des Peres Procurement of Slide Gates and
Actuators (L-06A1, 94065A1), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1998.
