O R D I N A N C E NO. 10398 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($500,000.00) from the Improvement Fund for the cleaning of sewer inlets within the
Bissell and Lemay River des Peres service areas within the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund for the cleaning of sewer inlets
within the Bissell and Lemay River des Peres service areas within the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1998.
