O R D I N A N C E NO. 10408
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Fifty-two
Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-nine and 97/100 Dollars ($52,939.97) Dollars from the
Sanitary Replacement Fund for additional costs for the relocation and replacement of
existing sanitary sewers during highway improvements on Theiss and Little Rock
Relocation and Replacement of Sanitary Sewers (P-19239), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9141, adopted November 17, 1993,
appropriated the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-nine
and 97/100 Dollars ($52,939.97) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund for additional costs for the relocation and replacement of existing sanitary sewers
during highway improvements on Theiss and Little Rock Relocation and Replacement
of Sanitary Sewers (P-19239), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1998.
