O R D I N A N C E NO. 10409
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Ninety Thousand
Dollars ($390,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the adjustment of City
of St. Louis and St. Louis County digital base maps and District facilities to allow
accurate overlay of data sets for public and private sewer facilities; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract with Barton Aerial Technologies for the
aforesaid adjustment.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County has agreed to contribute a portion of the
cost of said adjustment; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money
will be returned to the General Fund of the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($390,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for the
adjustment of City of St. Louis and St. Louis County digital base maps and District
facilities to allow accurate overlay of data sets for public and private sewer facilities.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby

authorized to enter into a contract with Barton Aerial Technologies for the adjustment
of City of St. Louis and St. Louis County digital base maps and District facilities to
allow accurate overlay of data sets for public and private sewer facilities; said contract
to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
