O R D I N A N C E NO. 10414
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5') wide easement in
Lot 99 along the northern property line of said Lot 99 of "Sancta Maria Estates Plat 1",
a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 228, Pages 90 & 91 of
the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a five foot (5') wide easement in Lot 99 along
the northern property line of said Lot 99 of "Sancta Maria Estates Plat 1", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 228, Pages 90 & 91 of
the St. Louis County Recorder's Office is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the ten foot (10') wide easement in Lot 99 along the western property line, and the
portion of the five foot (5') wide easement in Lot 99 between the western line of Praise
Blvd., sixty feet (60') wide and the twenty foot (20') building line of said Lot 99.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1998.
