O R D I N A N C E NO. 10412
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Gawlow Group, Inc. for the construction of a seven thousand five
hundred (7,500) square foot storage building at the District's North Area Maintenance
Facility located at 7500 Mintert Industrial Drive, in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Gawlow Group, Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder, for the
construction of a seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square foot storage building at
the District's North Area Maintenance Facility at 7500 Mintert Industrial Drive, in the
City of Ferguson, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of
May, 1998.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1998.
