AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a six foot (6') wide sewer easement located
in Lot 80 of "Chesterfield Farms Plat One" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 322, Pages 35 thru 39 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the
portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a six foot (6') wide sewer easement located in Lot 80 of
"Chesterfield Farms Plat One" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 322,
Pages 35 thru 39 of the St. Louis County Records as shown cross-hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
