centered five foot (5') on each side of the common lot line of Lots 1 and 2 of "Suter
Place", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 297, Page 92 of
the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement centered five foot
(5') on each side of the common lot line of Lots 1 and 2 of "Suter Place", a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 297, Page 92 of the St. Louis County
Records, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 10903, Page 817 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1998.
