HomeMy Public PortalAbout10419 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10419 AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2), fifteen foot (15') wide easements
located in Lots 11 & 12 of Spirit of St. Louis Airport Lease Lots Plat 1, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 258, Page 74 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two (2), fifteen foot (15') wide easements in said Lots 11
& 12 of Spirit of St. Louis Airport Lease Lots Plat 1 as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1998.
