AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in Lot 2 of Leach Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 255, Page 91 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement located in Lot 2 of
Leach Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 255, Page 91 of the St. Louis County
Records, and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" marked
Exhibit "A" and make a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1998.
