HomeMy Public PortalAbout10421 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10421 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Ninety
Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the additional
construction of storm sewers in East Pacific Storm Sewer (96074), in the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10233, adopted December 15, 1997,
appropriated the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the City of Webster Groves, Missouri requested that the
District expand said project to include said additional construction, and will reimburse
the District for said additional construction costs; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the additional construction of storm sewers
in East Pacific Storm Sewer (96074), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1998.
