HomeMy Public PortalAbout10435 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10435 AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2) general utility easements located in a
tract of land in Section 12, T.44N - R.4E (Locator Number 24R310803), as recorded in
Deed Book 10782, Page 1234 of the St. Louis County Records in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two (2) general utility easements in said tract of land in
Section 12, T.44N - R.4E (Locator Number 24R310803), as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
