AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten (10) foot wide easement located in Lot 1,
2, 25 and part of Lot 24 of City Block 4863 of Chamberlain Park, and part of Lot A of
City Block 4862 of Balson's Subdivision in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten (10) foot wide easement in said Lot 1, 2, 25 and part
of Lot 24 of City Block 4863 of Chamberlain Park, and part of Lot A of City Block 4862
of Balson's Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
