AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten (10) foot wide easement located in Lots
2 and 3 of 141 Mini USA, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 345, Page 501 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten (10) foot wide easement in said Lots 2 and 3 of 141
Mini USA as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plats", and marked
Exhibit "A1" and "2" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
