AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5') wide easement centered two
and one-half feet (2.5') on each side of the common lot line of Lots 2 and 4 of "Hawbrook
Hill", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 6 of
the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The (5') foot wide easement centered two and one-half feet
(2.5') on each side of the common lot line of Lots 2 and 4 of "Hawbrook Hill", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 6 of the St.
Louis County Recorder's Office is hereby vacated.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
