AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in Lot 2 of Bridgeton Square Plat 3, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 256, Page 28 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 2
of Bridgeton Square Plat 3 as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat," and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1998
by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
