AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust
Fund to be used for additional project costs for the construction of the Bissell Point
Watershed Overflow Regulation System Miscellaneous Pumping Station Modifications
(BP-014, 94089), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9996, adopted December 12, 1996, provided
the initial funding for said construction, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be
used for additional project costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed
Overflow Regulation System Miscellaneous Pumping Station Modifications (BP-014,
94089), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G. J. Sheffield, and M.C. Williams
Nays – None.
