AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five
Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($510,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to
be used for additional project costs for the construction of the Lemay Service Area ORS
Lower River des Peres Sewer Replacement and Consolidation (L-03B, 93038B), in the
City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9835, adopted April 18, 1996, provided the
initial funding for said construction, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars
($510,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used
for additional project costs for the construction of the Lemay Service Area ORS Lower
River des Peres Sewer Replacement and Consolidation (L-03B, 93038B), in the City of
St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G. J. Sheffield, and M.C. Williams
Nays – None.
