HomeMy Public PortalAbout10446 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10446 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Forty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($348,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for
the final design of CC-10 Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Relief Phase I (89129); and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-902 with Stock &
Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Dollars
($348,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
engineering services for the final design of CC-10 Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Relief
Phase I (89129).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-902 with Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. for engineering
services for the final design of CC-10 Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Relief Phase I
(89129); said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by
the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
