AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
shown as two adjacent five foot (5') wide easements and recorded in Plat Book 65, Page
21 of the St. Louis County Records and located in U.S. Survey 2496, T45N R6E, and in
Lot 3 of Moydalgan, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
108, Pages 2 and 3 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion of the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement, recorded in Plat
Book 65, Page 2 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" being
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
