AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 7863, Pages 1488, 1490, 1492, 1494, 1496, 1498, 1500, 1502,
1504, 1506, and 1508 of the St. Louis County Records and located in Lots 36 and 37 of
Summerfield Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 346, Pages 200 to 202 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate portions of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. Portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement, recorded in Deed
Book 7863, Pages 1488, 1490, 1492, 1494, 1496, 1498, 1500, 1502, 1504, 1506, and
1508 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" being marked
Exhibit "A" Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2 and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
