AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement located in
Parcel #13 of "Barbagallo", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 211, Pages 90 and 91 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Green Park,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement located in Parcel #13 of
"Barbagallo", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 211,
Pages 90 and 91 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Green Park, St. Louis
County, Missouri, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
