AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 7999, Page 1358 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement
being in U.S. Survey 112, Township 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 7999, Page 1358 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
