AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty-five foot (25') wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 3597, Page 407 of the St. Louis County Records, said
easement being in Lot 297 of Claycrest Hills (formerly Westridge Subd. No. 4), a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 41 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a twenty-five foot (25') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 3597, Page 407 of the St. Louis County Records as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
