AN ORDINANCE, vacating a twelve and one-half foot (12.5') wide
easement in Adjusted Lot 2, and a ten foot (10') wide easement in Adjusted Lot 4, of "A
Boundary Adjustment of Lots 2, 3 and 4 of Haley Manor Plat Book 337, Page 63, St.
Louis County Records", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 346, Page 160 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The twelve and one-half foot (12.5') wide easement in
Adjusted Lot 2, and the ten foot (10') wide easement in Adjusted Lot 4, of "A Boundary
Adjustment of Lots 2, 3 and 4 of Haley Manor Plat Book 337, Page 63, St. Louis County
Records", recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 160 of the St. Louis County Records as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
