AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various easements located in
Parcel 4 of Keller Plaza, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 266, Page 57 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of various easements in said Parcel 4 of Keller
Plaza as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Exhibits", and marked
Exhibit "A" (sheets 1 through 3) and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
