AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2), five foot (5') wide easements located
in Adjusted Lot 1A of the I-170/St. Charles Rock Road Industrial Park, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 331, Page 95 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two (2), five foot (5') wide easements in said Adjusted
Lot 1A of the I-170/St. Charles Rock Road Industrial Park as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
