AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various easements located in a
tract of land recorded in Deed Book 8146, Page 823 of the St. Louis County Records, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of various easements in said tract of land
recorded in Deed Book 8146, Page 823 of the St. Louis County Records as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
