HomeMy Public PortalAbout10474 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10474 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to subordinate certain rights across portions of an easement owned by The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to St. Louis County for the purpose of operating
and maintaining a public roadway known as Baptist Church Road located along
Ronnies Plaza II - Lots 1-5 in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easement will not
interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby
subordinate certain rights across certain portions of an easement owned by the District
to St. Louis County for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway
known as Baptist Church Road located along Ronnies Plaza II - Lots 1-5 in St. Louis
County, Missouri as shown hachured on the attached "Subordination Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving effect to Section
One hereof, said instrument to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
