1-5 of Ronnies Plaza II, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 271, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of various easements in said Lots 1-5 of
Ronnies Plaza II as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
