AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement and a fifteen
foot (15') wide easement in Lot 22 of Brightfield Place, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 320, Page 62 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement along the southwest side of
Lot 22 and the fifteen foot (15') wide easement along the rear of Lot 22 of Brightfield
Place as established by the subdivision plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 320, Page 62,
are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
