wide easements in Adjusted Lots 1 through 6 of Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 1
thru 6 of Von Talge Meadows and Lot 1 of Colvin Estates according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 345, Page 570, said easements having been originally
recorded in Plat Book 271, Page 29 and Plat Book 345, Pages 426 & 427 of the St.
Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the developer of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a pair of ten foot (10') wide easements as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
